Selection Process
• A selection committee will check the applications. • Candidates will be selected through an interview. A written test will also be held if there are more than 50 eligible candidates for a post. • Selection is based purely on merit. • The list of eligible candidates will be put up on the AIIMS Raipur website, along with the date, time and venue of the interview or written test. Candidates will not be contacted separately. • The list of selected candidates will appear on the website, and the people chosen will be told by email.
How to Apply
• Download the application form. It is printed at the end of the official notification. • Fill in the form in the given format. It must be typed and signed. Do not change the serial number order or the column headings. You may add extra details on separate annexure sheets. • The form asks for: advertisement number, post applied for, name and father's/husband's name in block letters, postal address, contact number, email in capital letters, date of birth with proof, category (UR/ST/SC/OBC), gender, educational qualifications, work experience, current job, publications (only PUBMED indexed journals, as an annexure) and how long you would need before joining. • Staple or pin two recent, self-signed, passport-size colour photographs to the first page of the form. • Attach self-attested photocopies of your certificates. • On the envelope write: "Application for the contractual post of ______ In BMGF multicentric iKMC study, AIIMS, Raipur, C.G." Fill in the name of the post. • Send it by speed post only to: Dr. Atul Jindal, Professor, Paediatrics, Room No. 1655, B-Block, Third Floor, New Administration Building, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Tatibandh, G.E Road, Raipur, Pin: 492099. It must arrive by 02:00 PM on 12 November 2026. Applications delivered by hand, or incomplete applications, will be rejected.
