Age Limit
• The normal maximum age limit for all categories of Expert is 60 years. • Engagement beyond 60 and up to 70 years may be considered in rare/exceptional cases with prior approval of the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), subject to excellent health and a high level of expertise. • Candidates above 69 years of age on the crucial cut-off date are eligible to apply; however, their engagement will strictly be for the residual period of the 11-month contract, up to the date they attain 70 years of age. • Medical Fitness: Candidates aged 60 and above must produce a medical certificate at the time of the interview. • Maximum Age Cut-Off: Last day of the previous month in which the advertisement is published.
Salary
Post Name: Monthly Consolidated Remuneration Senior Expert: Rs. 55,000/- Middle Level Expert: Rs. 45,000/- Expert: Rs. 30,000/- Middle Level Expert (Liaison): Rs. 45,000/- The engagement is on a contract basis initially for 11 months, which may be reviewed by the management for extension subject to requirement and suitability.
Selection Process
Selection is made purely through a Walk-In Interview. No written examination or online application process is mentioned in the notification. Important Instructions
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. • If any declaration/information furnished proves false, or material information is willfully suppressed, the candidate is liable to be removed from contract service, along with other action FAGMIL may deem fit. • Selected candidates must accept the offer and join duties within one week from the date of issue of the offer letter, failing which the offer stands automatically cancelled. • Service is liable to be terminated on one month's notice from either side.
