Exam Pattern
The RRB Paramedical CBT consists of 100 objective-type (MCQ) questions divided across four sections, to be completed in 90 minutes. Subjects: No. of Questions | Marks General Awareness: 10 | 10 General Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning: 10 | 10 General Science: 10 | 10 Professional Ability: 70 | 70 Total: 100 | 100 Duration: 90 minutes for the complete paper. Marking scheme: 1 mark is awarded for each correct answer, and 0.25 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer, as per the 2026 source. The RRB Paramedical exam pattern does not include a separate CBAT (Computer Based Aptitude Test) stage unlike posts such as Loco Pilot based on the notification details available. Selection for Paramedical posts is determined through the CBT score.
